How to delete your account and associated data

You can request deletion of your FreeNikah account and personal data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the FreeNikah app and sign in.
2. Go to Menu / Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Send an email to support@alnicotech.com from the email address registered with your account, with the subject "Delete my FreeNikah account". We will verify your request and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the following from our active systems:

• Your profile and account details (name, email, date of birth, gender, religion, location, preferences)
• Your profile photos and verification selfie
• Your matches, conversations, likes, and other interactions
• Your push-notification token and device identifiers

Timeline & retention

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Data is removed from active systems and purged from backups within their normal cycle. A limited subset of records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or safety (for example, records of members removed for violations), and only for as long as the law requires.
